Dr. Meharg recently returned from the 113th Annual Session of the American Association of Orthodontics held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from May 3rd through May 7th. Among the variety of topics Dr. Meharg learned about are:
- New Advances in Accelerated Tooth Movement
- “The Art and Humanity of Orthodontics”
- Early Treatment – When to Treat and When to Wait
- The Spectrum of Orthodontics for Adults
Another result of the meeting, which we are excited about is the introduction of a new orthodontic app for our patients to use on their smart phones and tablets. One of the features of the app will allow patients to take photos of their smile during treatment and then create a video. This video of your smile under construction is called TIME LAPSE SMILE and patients and parents will be able to share the video with friends and family.
